Starbucks

I consistently find Starbucks at this location to be exceptional. Despite it being a bit out of my usual route, the extra miles are justified by the consistently perfect execution of my drinks. The staff's warm smiles and inviting demeanor enhance the overall experience. Although I haven't explored the food extensively, the items I've tried have been delightful. Personal favorites include the iced lemon loaf, the savory chicken, maple butter and egg sandwich, and the customizable oatmeal with a delightful array of toppings – blueberries, brown sugar, dried fruit, nut medley, and agave syrup. The combination of wonderful beverages and friendly service makes this Starbucks my go-to choice.

This place is always busy but the staff are friendly and attentive for the most part. I can’t imagine how stressful some days are. My birthday is always around thanksgiving and last year they had a 20 minute wait the Saturday following thanksgiving (my birthday, the only day to get your birthday bevvy). I felt so bad, they were clearly slammed but so good under pressure. The ones who have been there awhile really know how to push through and still give great customer service.

Arrived around 11am and ordered a big Gingerbread Latte hot and a Banana, Walnut & Pecan loaf. Both were great as expected. Staff was courteous; some items were not available and they kindly offered other options from their menu. It got busy around noon, then it slowed down shortly after. Stayed there for about 2 hours working remotely while enjoying the best playlist of music ever created. I think I sang all the songs and dance a bit on my chair. If back to Clarksville, I'll definitely will stop by again. However, keep in mind that the parking lot is small, narrow and weird. 😘☕🌰🍞🎶

My wife and I went to this Starbucks location while out shopping. Blorn was on the employee’s name tag that meet us at the counter. She immediately meet us with an aggressive and rude tone saying “you order here” when we were patiently standing there. We placed our order and we waited for our coffee. My coffee came out, but my wife’s hadn’t. I noticed people who ordered after us started getting their drinks so I asked her about my wife’s. She told me a drink spilled and probably knocked the tag that had my wife’s drink on it down and told me to wait because they were trying to get threw orders, again in a rude and angry manner. I told her I understand and we had been waiting for quite a while. She very clearly didn’t know she had missed my wife’s drink and I only asked her. After we got my wife’s drink my wife approached the counter and let her know we understand that the store can be busy at times but there’s no excuse to be rude and disrespectful to customers especially when we were being patient and understanding. I believe this should me addressed.
